The Cinema Work Owners Professional Association (SINEBİR)
Established pursuant to Article 42 of Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the association is responsible for protecting the rights of its members against intellectual property violations, taking necessary legal measures, conducting legal proceedings, and representing its members before official and private institutions and individuals.
In addition to these duties, it is a professional association with an effective function, working on all these issues, based on the necessity of respecting copyright and raising knowledge and awareness about copyright, in order to develop all productions and creations in the field of cinema and art, to disseminate cinematic works at the social level, to use, watch and purchase creative works with respect for financial and moral rights.
